I purchased a vehicle (Toyota Camry) in 06 got behind on payments the end of 09 due to high interest and income status changed. After explaining situation I received over 15 calls per day and my references also as I continued to try to pay late.in January I gave them a total of 607. Presitage contacted my mother neighbor who is not on the reference sheet inquring about me and I told them it was illegal to do that.in February I received a call from them and I told them I cant continue to pay to come pick the vehichle up they agreeded and told them where it was located. The next morning I received a call from Ashely stating that they pulled my credit report and why am Im trying to obtain another vehicle when I should pay for the vehicle I have. I continue to received numerous calls and on April 9 Prestiage contacted my landlord I have now by researching thru City Hall who own the property discussing the car.
