Issues such as a unit not beign described acuratel and causing a dealer to by an over valued vehicle. I would take the call, verify the unit did have a poor prior inspection, and if so, I would negotiate monetary settlement or buy back. I have guidelines to follow. I saved many deals from falling apart at about $15K per unit and say about 80 units per month. So the customer knows what to expect and can feel comfortable depending on it.
