We purchased a vehicle from Larry H Miller of Albuqurque NM with Prestige financing us.
About three months after buying the car we started having all kinds of problems with it and had to put it in the shop several times.
I contacted Prestige being told there was nothing they could do to help and the lemon law did not apply to our state. So we tried to trade the vehicle and couldnt so we told them to take the car back and they refused so we even went to the extreme of not making three payments them threatning us the whole time.
Three years later the car got totaled in a hail storm and the gap paid all but 2380 that was in the three payments we did not pay plus intrest.
Now after five months of paying 120 (600 total) per month we still owe 2350 only 30 less than before. Our last 14 months before the vehicle got totaled 100% of our payments went to interest never to drop of balance.
