I was recently online seeking a short term loan or bank loan. I apparently came across this web site as one of the ones that offered a short term loan. I searched thru the site and applied and as the other person here stated I opted OUT of the club at the bottom of the page. Why would anyone seeking money be willing to spend more on something they are unable to afford to begin with. Im looking for money not to give it away again. Anyway I opted out and the page did not load correctly and it came back to that page I once again opted out.
Today I went to my bank account to find a $34.19 charge that I never authorized. I called the bank who gave me the number for Liberty. Liberty said that I joined their club when I got the loan. Please not I did not get a loan. I was researching not allowing them to charge me for anything nor did I ever agree to pay them for anything. I was researching only.
My bank will not refund the money nor the overdraft fee for at least 10 days. Liberty on the refund site says 72 hours. This is not a good thing. HOW are they getting away with this. Someone must stop this. I for one cannot afford this especially with the economy the way it is. PLEASE someone help us stop this.
