I recently applied for a payday loan with last chance. When going through the process it asked if i want to sign up for a discount club (e.G. Liberty discount club) and i hit the no thanks button.
Then my ck acct was deducted for 34 dollars. I contacted them and the said to go to the refund website. I did said give 72 hours. 1 1/2 weeks later no money called and said my refund was rejected said i signed up for it.
Told them i hit no thanks said i was not entitled to a refund.informed them was calling lawyer and still will not give me my money
