Claim processing delay and non-payment

This winter a tree fell on my RV putting a hole in the roof. I filed for a claim and the insurance company did send someone out to appraise the damage. It was decided that a new roof would be the best option. From that moment on, the company has delayed all processing and has stopped all communications. I was finally able to get the claims person (Cindy ext. 1378) on the phone and she told me that she really hadn't done anything yet and that they would only pay 40%. When you add in my deductible, I end up paying for the whole thing. She said she would get in contact with the repair center but never followed up. I've contacted other RV insurance companies and all have said that the roof should be 100% covered under this situation. I left another message for Cindy and have not heard back. After reading online reviews, I'm finding out that this company has a history of treating customers like this, delaying claims and non-payment. Don't do business with these people.
