I submitted a number of solid loan proposals and was told the only upfront fee would be $249. Once the customer paid the fee they were contacted by an underwriter. Regardless of credit scores they were told they would need to pay $2000 for a "credit repair". If the customer did not agree to pay this they were told their loan could not be done. They have also not followed up on any of the deals. Clients left with nothing and out at least the $249, and clients who did sign up for the credit repair were out a lot more than that. These type of ripoff artists give the whole lending community a bad name and should be put out of business. Do not use them under any circumstances!!!
