I settled my lease promptly aside from nov. Half of the lease was compensated in a cashier's check, another half was a published check. The organization delivered me a notice 2-3 weeks later informing me that enough resources were not within the account. I visited their workplace and offered them a moneyorder for that quantity under consideration, in addition to a moneyorder of 106.00 that will be the delayed fee. The organization assistant proceeds to contact informing me they need me to pay for 106.00 for each month that handed up to febuary. This means they need me to pay for late fees for, nov., dec., jan., feb. Because i WOn't spend a late charge, they proceed to include another 106.00 for march and each month after. Is this authorized? I've every cashier bill for that additional 11 weeks which were settled promptly.
