They cancelled card and raised rate to 38%

Toughest lender - had small company charge card - they terminated card and elevated price to 38%. Never a late fee. I've declined to pay for the regular payment. Today lender calls my workplace and house 20 times each day. Need information. To register problem with Federal Trade Commission.
