Horrible customer service

Don't make an application for this card! I got it out a couple of years before without any issues

Untill barclay required it around. I settled it entirely plus they didnt post my cost till per week later and lifted my interest. They did provide to renounce the late charge and that I settled the everyday attention cost of $14.00 for that prior month by telephone using the consideration representative assured me again was the compensated entirely amount. I also settled the $40 some curiosity in the prior month given that they stated my cost didn't are available in promptly

The following month I obtain a statement again. Named Juniper plus they stated they'd no report of waiving a late charge, plus they don't renounce lt costs. I'd need to send them a notice and watch for them to deliver a log of the telephone phone. Therefore today I've a late fee for "never" spending the late charge.

Next thing I understand I've 2 late charges along with a statement which was once 14.00

Becomes 78.00 plus they stated again that used to do not spend entirely. It was

Never solved and following a large amount of disappointment from "customer support" individuals who talk hardly any language, I quit and settled the 3 late charges the following month since I have never received the "log" of the telephone phone

And shut the consideration. Don't conduct business with this specific organization!
