Charged me an international service fee for currency exchange when the transaction was done in US dollars

Charged an international service fee for currency exchange when in actuality the transaction was made in US dollars & I have an e-mail from the pharmacy stating that the transaction was performed in US dollars. That is fraud & theft & they are stealing money like this from millions of people.
