Hamp resourses Ripped Off for 1500.00 I fell for the scam any chance of getting my money back I could sure use it

I recievied a flyer in the mail stating (a special relief advisory) I was pre selected.
They said they could lower my payments. I sent them money, what a fool I was, Now their phones have been disconected and I am out 1500.00 is there any thing I can do to get my money back?
