Withdrew the $19 app. Fee from my bank account

I applied for a payday loan from this company for $200. They had a $19 application fee and withdrew the funds from my bank account a few days after I applied for it.
I waited a few days to hear from them to see if I was approved or denied, but I never heard from them. So I contacted them by email and ask them what was going on, and still haven't heard from the.
I want my money back.
