Invalid charge - I did not authorize

A cost of $19.95 was published to my Mastercard on 10/2/09. I don't understand the corporation or what it offers. Used to do not approve a cost or buy something. Please recommend as this will be attributed back again to my bill. Furthermore, I'll be calling Mastercard to challenge the cost.
