I went online to get a quote for auto insurance liked the quote and asked how i get insurance from amica they said they would mail me an application for the insurance it took 45 days and a couple times of me contacting them about the application when the application arrived i called to change the effective date and was informed they already started me a policy without my knowledge of the fact and are now expecting me to pay for a policy that i havent signed any paperwork for and recieved a insurance card with the effective date 3/8 which was post marked on 3/11 the application was post marked on 3/9 and recieved a bill post marked on 3/17 and they started the policy 2/2
