Wells Fargo Bank
Wells Fargo Does it again - HOW IS THIS LEGAL!?

So this has happened several times now (over the past couple of years), and I've really had it. Last night I made a deposit at 1 am at an ATM and both my receipt and ledger balance online matched (I checked prior to going to the ATM, as I always do now) - avail bal $251, total bal $1167.
This morning I wake up and check my balance, all of a sudden I'm overdrawn and a new charge that wasn't there the night before has appeared. It was an electronic debit for which was supposed to go thru on that day but never showed up until the day after???
So, Wells paid that item (which was around $250), and then charged me $35 on 7 other items ranging from $1 to $5 (that showed as already clearing without overdrawing my account when I checked before going to the ATM that night). My deposit, which was made at 1am on 3/23, still shows pending as well - here it is almost 3/24 now...
When I call customer service they are complete jerks, who have no soul. I can understand why... I worked at the branch level for over 7 years, and at the corporate level for 3 more - worst employer I have ever worked for, and I will never work for them again (I quit to return to school).
Even while an employee they used to do this stuff to my account. I've had enough, I'm taking my "meager" earnings to a local credit union. I was technically overdrawn around $10 on those 7 items... Resulting in over $200 in overdraft fees. I'm a student living on a low wage job and student loans, but they really don't care who you are - rich or poor at least they treat everyone the same (crappy).
Spare me the responses "you should pay closer attention to your ledger balance" (I do), "save more money so you have a cushion" (I wish, but thanks to greedy corporations like Wells, I lost my nice $60k/yr job 3 yrs ago when the economy -and the company I worked for - imploded).
