I am not so sure you can recover money on this because you fell for a Penny Stock scam. Buy a cheap stock and then get a bunch of people to buy after you, so you can sell high. Pump and Dump is what they call it.
I see the web site is shut down but if you Google "whois" you might find who owns that web site. There are many web sites for whois so try several.in this case I like Network Solutions as they list a German company called BAC Berlin Atlantic Capital AG in Germany but again Google. They have offices in the USA. Were they involved I can not say but they own that site.
