In 2004 I met Omid while playing at a Black Jack table at the Pala Casino in north San Diego. Over the course of several weeks we became friends & he asked for a $10,000 loan... Of course i was very hesitant to give him any money but he was going to give me a 2nd trust deed on his Coto De Caza million dollar home - he was paying some really good interest and was going to pay me back in a short time.
Well as luck would have it he won a ton of money at the casino and paid me back right away with all the interest... I loanded him some more money and again he paid back really fast. Now i was in for $20k in principal and $10k in interest.
To this day Omid owes me $30,000... I called him almost daily and he promised and promised to pay his debt - untill i got really pissed off at him, and then he stopped answering my calls.
If I ever see this guy again he better run fast. Omid wherever you are I have not forgotten about you - pay your $30k debt to me or Karma will follow you to your grave.
I am writing this to warn anyone from ever dealing, socializing or doing any sort of business with Omid Delkash - if you work for him or his company immediately look for another job - he is a scoundral and con artist that deserves to be put away in jail... One day he will get what he has coming.
