Unauthorized withdrawls from bank account

A sales rep named Tam Martin, for this company came into our shop promising her company can lower all the fees we get charged for various items with our current credit card processing company. We are a taxi service and she suggested she could get us mobile units for each taxi and have a pin number for each driver so my month end statement would itemize my sales based on each driver. This would not have any additional charges. I agreed.instead, this company set up my taxi account and 4 more accounts for 4 of my 8 drivers in their names. They are deducting fees for these accounts out of my bank account without my permission! When I explained this was not correct and to get rid of these accounts they have yet to do so and again charged me for these extra accounts that are not in my name. Today, when I tried to cancel these accounts I am told I must have a written letter signed by the drivers whose names these accounts are in. If that is the case, then they have no right to charge my bank account and have them set up under someone else’s name. You can’t have it both ways. She said I would be charged 15.00 a month for my monthly wireless fee for using the in-office machine. My drivers were instructed by her to call in and get and authorization of each credit card until all these machines are set up. There of course, would be no charge for this since the machines are not set up. I am a small company with only 8 drivers. I was charged a $100.00 wireless fee, a 95 cents per authorization fee, a 61.28 fee per machine I have yet to be able to use. I have been charged a 15.00 fee for them to make “8”. 01cent test transactions that the company ran on these 4 machines. All in total I have been overcharged $689.00 for the month of May. I was overcharged $300.00 in April.in the month of June they tried to take a fee of$535.00 and the $245.00 out of my bank account. I had to stop payments on these transactions, which of course the bank charged me a fee for their services. I had to close my bank account and open a new account. I called the company and have spoken to John Hur, who promised to fix everything. He has now sent me to customer service and they keep transferring me to another rep who says they are all looking into my account none of which can get me a resolution. No one can understand why I need my money back. I have now spoken with 8 different people with the company who have yet to resolve these problems. I asked for my sales rep Tam Martin’s superior as Tam has yet to return my call in 5 weeks. I have left her a message every day for 30 days now. I have made a point to call her at least 15 times each day. The office tells me today they need to speak to her boss to get a resolution. I said I would like to know who her boss is and I want to call her myself. They then tell me they do not have that information and cannot give it to me. Yet they are waiting on that person to get an explanation to them to resolve these issues. But they have no details they can give me to call this person. I spent 8 hours on the phone being transferred from one person to another today. When I called 4 weeks ago, I was told by Latoya, a customer service agent, “ It’s not her fault, I don’t know how to read a contract and that I am locked into this contract until 2015.” I called the leasing company who is leasing the mobile machines to me and explained they have never worked, never been set - up since my rep has not shown up in 4 weeks to set them up. That’s after she disappeared for 6 weeks prior to this. The leasing company said she would not give me the return address and my account is under review. I said I was returning the machines she informed me I could not send them back. When I asked for her supervisor, she said “No, this is not a supervisor issues and she will not give me her supervisor. She said it is too bad for me but I am not sending these machines back. This is the type of service I keep getting from them and the credit card company. I need my money back and this company out of my life. This has truly been the most time consuming horrible experience I have ever had to deal with. I want all my money back.
