Harrasing Phone Calls to my work place, tells me that I owe the full amount after I paid them in full

Back i july i borrowed $350 from United Cash Loans.By November I paid the full amount which was $815. Since then I changed my checking account# and my debit card. Three months later they are telling me that I owe $815 and are also calling my work place pissing off my supervisor How do I stop these b*ards?
