I borrowed 200.00 dollars and now there charging me 60.00 a month for this loan to be paid back but if i pay in full 260.00 they would charge me 60.00 plus 50.00 for repay of loan

United cash loans.com is charging 60.00 dollars for ever month that the money not paid in full. So i borrowed 200.00 there charging 260.00 plus 110.00 ever month and 60 if not paid in full this is there exsteaded plan and 60.00 does not go to my loan! How do i report them or see if this is a scam or who do i call i live in pa
