On january i authorized a payment from my checking account for 50.00 which represented more or less one months payment, this left me with still one month in arrears. Beginning this month (Feb) an agent called me and wanted me to commit to the total balance, i ecplained to him that my financial situation had not changed as yet and i did not want to make a commitment of payment and if he could call me a week prior to the due date which usually is the 28th of the month. At that time he began acting like high pressure collectors act and stated they woul call me everyday until they got a commitment from me. And they did. Everyday this month they have called me and i have spoken to the agent, a couple of the agents were agreeable that they would contact me later as i requested but for the most part the agents were abusive like i was 7 or 8 months behind in my payments. I've been with this company about 3 to 4 years and i have not missed a payment or been late until now and its only a reflection of lost wages due to shortened hours. So i dont understand this harrasment especially since the company stopped offering charge privileges for at least 6 or more months, however they are still charging me a maintenance fee of 11.95 a month... I appreciate you looking into this matter. Thank you
