I requested a-one period cargo of caffeine in July of '09 after which 1 week later I obtained another cargo and was billed againg for this. And so I quickly named them eand was informed to come back to sender (the undesirable cargo) and that I might get the change of costs within 30-60 days. I wait 60 days pass and so I contact them again and also the guy who responded the telephone stated that I had been givin incorrect info which the right period it'll consider is 30-60 business days. He claims there are no records stating that I named and conformed they did infact get the cargo on Sept. 11th which I had been informed 30-60 TIMES. I insisted it's not my problem concerning the records, which was what I had been informed. He asks easily remember who I spoke to and that I did her name is Angela. Oh he claims she fails here anymore. He then guarantees mee he can make sure I get my money-back withim 7-10 business days from that day (that was Vetran's Time). Today it is Feb. 9th but still no cash and today they havent responded the telephone for quite a while or do they return some of my 6 messages. And so Iam processing a using the MN Atty. Common. And also the Better Buisness Bureau. I am so upset.
