Deceptive sales practice/lack of customer service

I ordered and was instantly billed for that four gem drink cups I requested. I later obtained a contact with following data. While advantages shipped, they recommended that I not take the cargo. (The broker shook the container before me... Also it seemed just like a container of broken glass. The spectacles were all damaged, with no packaging product at-all was apparent.) I named CSN instantly (on the Friday) and was informed I'd get the alternative cargo the next Friday. I named the next Thursday and unearthed that no cargo choose to go out. They explained it'd venture out in ANOTHER two times. The very first UPS following notice confirmed they had obtained the very first broken cargo back each day after I'd documented it.By today, I've been informed that it'll consider another week to get the spectacles and they will soon be crediting my Paypal account instantly. To date no credit, with no spectacles. I'll revise if anything changes.
