I received my phone bill and there was a charge of $16.07 from ILD Teleservice. This morning I called the number given and only had a busy signal. Then I called the telephone company and told them I never received a call asking me to sign up for contact service. She took the charge off and proceeded to call them. I was connected to a man from Total Contact Solutions who told me that my Mother had signed up online in December. I told him that my Mother had been dead for over 6 months and didn't use the internet when she was alive. What a shock to have this told to me at this time.
He did remove any charges and hopefully won't rcceive any more.
When I checked google, this is called cramming. Check your phone service bill carefully and put this company back on the honest side.
