Unasked for orde

In Dec. I found two charges of 79.00 from the co. They had sent me two orders of the coffee with a mug. I called them and they told me that thier comp. Had crashed and it sent orders to everone. They told me to just keep it and they would be putting my money back within a week.

That was the first week of Dec. I have talked to them 3 more times and still nothing. I live on SSI that 148.00 dollors messed me up. Please
