This is the 3rd time I've received an unauthorized shipment and the 2nd time I've been charged $79.00USD for coffee from this vendor.
I contacted their customer support after several attempts and finally spoke to a person who told me that I would receive a refund within 5 business days. It is over 1 month later and i have yet to receive a refund.
I am contacting my bank, my attorney, and the BBB to file a complaint.
