Spanish sweepstake lottery international exploited a client of mine who is vulnerable and has cognitive impairments. Client was told to wire money through western union to pay for the taxes for the 10,468, 770.00 dollars client allegedly wo, spain

The Euromillones Loteria International, Spanish Sweepstake lottery international financially exploited a client of mine by sending him written material and contacting him by phone promising him that he won 10,468, 770.00 and to collect it all he had to do was wire money through western union for payment of the taxes. He was promised this would be a one time payment of 1500.00. My client was exploited to the tune of 37,00.00 before it became apparent to others that he was being victimized.

This situation has been reported to the fbi. I wanted to report it here as well to help prevent others from being exploited. "If it sounds too good to be true it probably is." This man liquidated retirement funds that he worked for all his life to wire money to these crooks.

I spoke to them on the phone as did local law enforcement, they are so smooth and convincing.
