Today, I received a correspondence from the above company, informing me that I had won 915,810.00 euros.
I knew it was a scam, as I had been scammed a couple of years ago. That time, it nearly worked, as I had legitamately purchased tickets for the Spanish lottery, so was not on my guard. This year, however, I know I have not entered any such sweepstake, and therefore, could not be the receipient of any prize money whatsoever.
It is only through vigilance, and websites such as these, that these people can be stopped.
They have requested bank details, next of kin details etc., and I believe that either your bank account is used, or that they request a processing fee from you in order to release the money. They do actually send you a cheque, but because of the difference in clearance times between countries, your cheque clears for them, before their cheque subsequently bounces for you!
Please be aware. Take care everybody. Thanks for reading.
