Award Notification, signed by Mr. Ruiz Carlos, Vice President notifying me about winning the 3rd category prize in the El Gordo Spanish Sweepstake lottery which approves me for lump sum pay out of Euro 815,810.00 (wow!), 2. Lottery Payment Processing Form from Crystal Line Security Network S.A., Leasing, Commission Agents, Sole Representatives, Security Services, Avenida De La Albufera No. 35,28038 Madrid, Espana, Tel: 0034 654 098 559, fax: 0034 696 246 904, E. Mail: crystal. Line. [email protected] asking for my bank details, address, how should I be paid, and the next of kin detailed (!) details.in the Award Notification letter they ask to send this form to their Agent, Mr. Tony Lopez, Foreigh Services Manager of Crystal Line Security Network S.A. With tel: 0034 654 098 559, fax: 0034 696 246 904 in order to begin to process my claim and remitt of my prize money to a designated account of my choice.
