Late Charges

I had been 5 days late on creating a cost on the $27.95 available stability. Bank of America billed me $1.50 fund cost along with a $29.00 late charge. I called about getting the late charge waived or decreased and was informed which was difficult. I instantly terminated my bill with Bank of America
