Dean Tucker told me that he could help me lower my monthly payment on my mortgage and maybe even help me get cash out. He charged me over $500 to iniciate the process and then explained to me that I would get that money back from my house payment schedule. He told me that it was not necessary or routine to do it this way but if I would put the money up then I would move to the top of the list. He would then move the process forward very quickly. He tricked me into paying him the money. He would only let me pay him with cash. He then told me a month later that I did not qualify for the program and that the $500 was just the cost of doing business. He refuses to pay me the money back and there is no paper trail on the process at all. Nobody at the office will acknowledge me and they act as if they know nothing about it. This was the only extra money I had and of course I was desperate in the first place due to the economy (obviously, I was trying to lower my payment) Do not do business with Dean He does not care if he is taking food out of your childrens mouths.
