I obtained two letters from wells fargo mortgage, on december 7. One of these simple characters thanked me for contacting them to discontinue the automatic withdrawal which was setup at my bank for my regular mortgage note and homeowners insurance. The 2nd letter stated that since i have had recently filed bankruptcy, this step of car withdrawal will be canceled. Heres the issue, i've never called them, since i've not filed bankruptcy because the early nineties. I named wellsfargo and talked to some boss whose title i'll not note today, and told her that i did so not know anything by what these were referring to, and after examining, i had been confirmed by this boss, that my bank account wouldn't be tampered with, to not fear, that my funds would continue as typical, that there is an error in information received on the finish. Our payment wasn't removed as typical, since money has been used to cover my bank draft privileges, and left me all a an email behind on my mortgage. I named today and talked to some customer support representive who advised me that it was my responsibility to pay for this notice. I had been assured that my account precedings, might remain the same. They didn't, the cash isn't there to make the cost, i'm handicapped, and only receive money monthly. Where does the problem truly lay, and what'll be achieved about this?
