Hi, I recieved a summons a while back and went to court and the judge granted a more time. I recieved a new court date and it was later rescheduled.in the meantime i sent the company certified letter requesting validation of the debt and recieved nothing back.
I have a new court date for later this month amd im not sure what to do in the meantime. This company will not give me any valadation of this credit card debt. When I did go to court the lawyer representing Hannah and Assiociates or midland showed me a letter or bill they had tried to send me? Is this valadation? Any help would be greatly appriciated! Thank you
