I paid of my loan and now there is another loan in my account from mypaydayloans.com. There is no way to get in touch with them. I do not want another loan

I used mypaydayloans.com for a loan a month ago. And paid them off. Now i have another loan from them that appeared in my account this morning. I did not apply for one again. There is no way to get in touch with them. They are putting money in my account and i do not want it. Please help me.
