I'm a brand new JCPenny Charge Card client / Consideration and also have never been handled worse with a store.
I opened a C.C. Along with a flexible payment consideration a couple of months back. I bought $2,000 about the consideration and created an initial cost of $450. The 2nd month the minute was due about the 19th of Dec.
Etc the 19th I digital examined a cost - acquired a verification. I received 4 calls that evening (Deadline) requesting me for cost. I had been subsequently recommended they observe that I elec. Settled and apologised declaring that it might take each day or two to publish on my bill - however the consideration may display compensated promptly.
I subsequently received phone after-call that evening - I required a boss the 2nd phone - I had been guaranteed it'll quit and apology provided.
Contact again 3rd period - I requested for boss - I had been certain these were sorry for calling AND TODAY observe where I've settled - the calls are auto-generated.
Next contact - I requested for boss - I had been provided another apology and recommended it'll not occur again.
Then I get my declaration a couple of days later in email.
It states I owe 2 funds which it's late!
I ask the consideration and that I get an apology which my consideration is in excellent position and nothing arrives - that my declaration was wrong.
Whoa - I'm a brand new client - NEVER been overdue on the cost. I'm being handled just like a deadbeat payer or perhaps a collections consideration.
My spouse and that I have now been harassed right from the container from JCPenny and we're the great men...
We are spending you off soon and not purchasing one more thing on our card or consideration from JCPenny
