Sears Credit Card
They closed and lied about my account

The finish of December I obtained a contact stating that "because you documented your sears card dropped or taken, we've terminated your consideration and you'll be getting fresh cards within fourteen days."

I INSTANTLY called them to inform them NO ONE had named them to record our cards dropped or taken. They stated that they'd a "report" of the phone call also it was too late, to simply watch for my new cards within the email.

I spend my charges online and certainly will no further access their site because of them closing off my cards. A telephone cost expenses over $13 each time. Convenient is not it?

I called today and was rudely informed that "she named and terminated the consideration, talking about my spouse, whose name appears like a women title."

I asked to get a boss, I had been educated that there's NOTHING they are able to do, they'll NOT matter fresh cards, and that I will need to make an application for new credit.

After working difficult to restore our credit, it'll take-two strikes because of the SEARS CARD SERVICECENTER, one for rescheduling among our greatest credit balances, and another IF we decide to make an application for new credit.

Exactly What A Fantastic Organization!
