Dear president, Im writing this letter in the hopes of you seeing this. I have financed 2X cars with your company. My first car was a $60,000 and second car was $95,000. Your company repossessed my car 2 weeks ago. I understand that I was late and I explained to the supervisor what was going on. I was short selling my home, and I needed to show on my bills that I was struggling. I do assure you I made my payments via Money Gram every month. At the time of repossession I was 40 days late. I called and told "Norma" the supervisor when I got off work on monday I would wire the money. She was absolutely so rude to me. She talked to me like I was the scum of the earth. She asked why I would buy a car out of my price range. I did not comment to her what I would of liked to of said. I manage two surgery centers both 2 hours away from each other. I work lots of hours and when Im in surgery I cannot pick up the phone. But I have always called her to keep in touch. I understand she is in collections and I know how collectors handle people. When I explained to her my situation she changed my payment schedule from the 1st of the month to the 15th.
