Our charge card company approached me on 12-15-09 to record a cost of $0.13 on my card to some business named Bartecla, LLC in Lake Achievement, Ny. After I established that I'd not sustained the cost my card was immediately terminated. What galls me is the fact that is fraud has caused immeasurable difficulty this near to Holiday. I'm continuing my analysis.
