They show up (four black people) pretending to be very excited about finding your property and they must buy it within a couple of weeks. They take pictures for their "money source" to approve a loan, but they can't speak the lingo. They don't don't have business cards but they tell you it's for a church in Mesa, Arizona and to help people (playing the GOD and emotion card).
They waist your frickin time and come back a couple of times unannounced and without the real estate broker to take more pictures. They can't give you details about their business and about their background or their experience in remodeling any property (let alone a commercial property). They make ridiculous offers with cash back to them after closing for repairs.
Ken and Shirley drive a newer four door black BMW 500 series and dress to impress so they can fit the roll (but if you're smart you should notice a lot of red flags). Ken is tall and looks like a shyster in his late 30's. Shirley is FAT and talks like a shyster and looks to be in her early 40's.
