In August answered a radio add by phone. It sounded like what I would like and took the 2 year option. Charged my Visa Card $1412.95. Starting date is Aug, 26. Received the kit explaining every thing. Their bigest thing is my starting a small business to get the tax advantage.
I looked over hundreds of small businesses and decided I did not want to continue in the program especially since my wife has been diagnosed with Alzheimers past 2 1/2 years. I wrote company a letter after talking to a man at their customer service in Oct. I explined what I have just said and assked for part money back. I received no reply. Called again in April and sent another letter. No reply. I called again today 7-21-03 and asked to speak someone higher up, The man said his boss was unavailable.
The man on phone today said I could get a refund if I had made earnest effort to do the things they suggested and had not realized at least $ 3000 in tax savings by August anniversary. Needless to say, I will not have any. I think this is a ripoff scam since there was no way to get out. There was not time to consider what was envolved until i got the kit and studied it and decided it was not for me. The kit is all I received from them-no phone calls or mail-nothing.
