BEWARE, mortgageleads4less will take your money and not give you anything they promise. I first spoke to Katie Dunham From this company or supposed company whom seems to be the only actual person that works there she is the so called sales rep, there is extensions provided on the phone system but no one will answer those extensions, no matter how many times or how often you call at any time of the day only the sales dept and good luck with them, they are slick, she will tell you all about how long she has been in the business and how she has helped all these particular clients, The address provided is inaccurate I called the leasing office of the office building they are listed to be working out of and they informed me that no one company of that name has or was ever leasing there. My father was a private investigator for many years, I will find this company or so called and when I find an actual physical address i will make every one aware that has been ripped off. Now I actually have received leads but they are a list of standard internet leads any one can pick up for about a dollar a piece. NOT telemarketing leads as ordered and promised, I know they were not telemarketing because five leads that I received were disconnected number and on people search the address belongs to a completely different person. They got a $1000 from me an gave me $50 dollars worth of leads just to keep me from calling them, I have Katie's personal cell phone number or so she says it probably a pre paid no sucess on calling it anymore it just rings. I will continue to call, but I would advise any and every one to stay away from this scam. You transfer money via bank of america they get paid and you CAN'T get a refund, i bank with bank of America and the rep i called to see whose info was listed under that account number said she couldn't disclose much info but apparently from what I got from her they have hundreds of thousands of dollars of scammed dollars and many many complaints on the banking system. She advised me to seek leagel advice and file a report. I also filed a report with BBB and they cannot go any further they have received many complaints and no actual physical address to mail to them. SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY do your self a favor if its not too late and avoid this company at all costs.
