I am shocked and amazed at all the people I have found out here going through the same thing as my family with Fairbanks. I hope I am one of the lucky ones who will not lose their home. I thank God I found a lawyer who already has multiple cases against this monster.
My situation started from the first month of my loan and has been an ongoing battle for over five years. It started with the missing payments and no insurance. Now they are trying to steal my home even though I have proof of the insurance and the payments made. The last two payments I made were refused by Fairbanks and returned to me uncashed. Next thing I know my name is in the newspaper and my house is being foreclosed on.
I am in the process of counter suing this monster and I guess I can only hope for the best.
