After being disabled I needed to try to get a mortgage modification. After checking their internet site and Hays and Associates out, I thought they were a credible law firm.
I was decieved and swindled out of almost 2000.00. After being run around in circles for the past six months, I am now handling this myself with my mortgage holder.
They done their dissapearing act several weeks ago and cannot be contacted. I was told " if they did not get the loan modification for me, I would get 1000.00 back". They were not sending all the information to the mortgage holder, they had requested from me.
These people are like a bunch of buzzards preying on desperate folks misfortunes and need to be taken care of.
