As the other reports on here about Hays and Associates, I too left info on the HUD web site for help on getting a loan mod. A few days later I am contacted by Hays saying they received my info to get my help. They did their sales pitch and hooked me in cause as they put it I would be better off using their services because they can work it out in 30 days, well I being in a hurry to settle my loan cause I am unemployed I gave them the go. Everything seemed on the level until they were paid in full then it was no returned calls, no resolved loan mod, and now 7 months later the bank still hasn't resolved my loan. I wish there was some info about them back when I started this in August of now I hope people will read this and not use their services, as them being lawyers they I am sure covered there tracks and went just inside the guide lines to say they did as they were contracted to do and thats how they stay in business. If anyone who has delt with Hays and is in the same boat and was able to do something about getting a refund please post on here how to go about it.
