Wamu credit card closed my account despite it being almost paid off and without proper notification. They claimed that i was notified by mail, upon contacting their reps on the phone they were rude and insulting to me and hung-up twice... A rep by name? Sadie and another savia respectively hung up on me. Sadie lied about me not making any payments since august... Contrary to what my checking account and their online payment history shows. This industry continues to descriminate on people with average to ok credit history despite efforts to pay more than their monthly requirement and non-use of the cards.
