First of all they send their statements late. My due date is on the 30th of every month. I mailed other bills with Fairbanks one was my telephone bill. My telephone bill was posted on the eighth yet Fairbanks bill was only posted on the 11th. Why?
I have always sent more than the alloted amount for my paymnet and according to my records I shall finish this loan almost a year ahead.
I am tempted to believe that they do not place the staff on the billing process however, they do seem to to have the most unprofessional people to call and try to inform you that they have not received payment. When I informed them that they had to received payment and that they should check the records before they call the only thing the person could stated that they wanted my last four digets of my social security number and that this call was being recorded. I was so angry I hung up.
