I recieved a call around the Middle of may from First choice Credit Education Group from Henderson, Nevada. They told me they would issue me a credit card to help repair my credit. I had lost my job due to a move of my plant to Mexico. I had to file Bankruptcy. I lost my home and everything and ended up disabled from an injury.
I was so concerned with trying to start all over again, that I really fell for this scam. I agreed to let them take $296 from my bank account. While talking with this lady who gave me herRep# of 3509, a contract ID # IY45904, a contract # 302044 She then had me hold the line until someone who called himself Ronnie came on the line for credit approval. They gave me a number to call 1-866-310-0695.
When I called the number, a recording came on giving me another number 1-877-572-6751 I finally reached a lady whom spoke broken english. I told her I had recieved a Priority Mail envelope from her company. I asked when I would recieve the credit card, She told me to fill out the paperwork and send it in and I would get the card, she then hung up on me.
Low and behold another joker called me from this same company, I informed him about all the above, and he gave me another number to call 1-800-327-1307. When I call that number they said their number had been changed again to 1-800-513-8180.
They have sent me an impressive Credit 101 booklet and a cd Ram and thanked me for my order. I guess that is all I get for my $296. They bank drafted my acct on May 30th. I am going to my bank and will also contact the Attorney Generals office in Tennessee to see if I can get my money back.
I sincerly hope that I am not that faliable again, and hope that no one else falls for this scam. I hope they find these scam artist and make them pay to the furthest extent of the law. If I can I will sue them for a heck of alot more than they took me for.
Thanks
