American fugitives Sam Arnold and wife Li Arnold (aka Li Dong Ling, aka Linda Arnold) of American Independent Capital Group (AICG) based in Beijing are now using fraudulent and bogus free news release services to perpetuate their financial fraud (non-existent loans) that is documented on consumer complaints, and the below links:

<br style="color: rgb (204,0,0);font-weight: bold;">DO NOT BE FOOLED BY PHONY NEWS RELEASES - these people only seek huge up-front fees and never have funded anyone that can be verified. They also give bogus references that are paid to give glowing reports about the company from disposable cell phones. They claim to be an exclusive agent for the AFL-CIO pension fund, an Arab Group and others but can never provide names or telephone numbers of these mystery funds.

SAM AND LINDA ARE RUNNING A NEW SCAM - "investments" in their Seawolf Restaurant and Distillery in Changping, Beijing! To expand the restaurant, open a new location, 1-2 million to build their own Distillery, etc. There is a long list of Chinese and Foreign victims, none of whom ever saw a dime of principal much less return on investment. It's a Ponzi scheme without bothering with any repayment whatsoever. When the investor asks for passport or necessary documents, Sam and Linda begin a smear campaign on social media within hours, divulging sometimes real but usually fabricated information about the person, as they were for the most part trusted friends who "invested".
