They do not answer their phone but I did get one response to an email requesting help from them. Below is the response I got:

Please note that NO cancellation requests will be accepted through e-mail. If you would like to cancel your account or for immediate support, please call customer support at (877) 204-7404.
Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm PST, and Saturday from 8am-4pm PST.
